Beach City VFD dispatched to
mutual aid Cove VFD to land Lifeflight at Houston Raceway Park for an injured
motorcycle rider. Engine 81 responded. Engine 81 arrived and
assisted personnel from Cove in setting up a landing zone.

February 15, 2008
Beach City VFD dispatched to
mutual aid Cove VFD for an 18 wheeler fire on I-10 @ 803mm. Tanker 81
responded. Firefighters arrived and found an 18 wheeler with the tractor
heavily involved. Personnel assisted from Mt. Belvieu FD and Cove VFD to
extinguish the fire. I-10 was shut down west bound for some time during
the extinguishment and cleanup.

Beach City VFD dispatched to a
fire near the end of FM 2354. Engine 81 responded. Firefighters
arrived in the area and no fire was found. The call was referred to
Baytown FD on the other side of FM 2354.

Beach City VFD dispatched to a
major accident at FM 2354 @ FM 3180. Engine 81 responded.
Firefighters arrived and assisted EMS personnel and cleared the roadway.

Beach City VFD dispatched to
mutual aid Cove VFD for a plane crash in the 6000 blk of FM 3180. Engine
81 and Brush 81 responded. Firefighters arrived and assisted Cove VFD, Mt.
Belvieu FD., Chambers County Sheriff's Dept., and DPS in searching for the
downed plane. Firefighters searched the area and found a plane crash with
no survivors in a wooded area near Katies Creek.
